My name is Margaret Toy, I have been living in Derby for 7 years since my previous position at Woolworths brought myself and my husband here. I made the move over to the Derby LPO 7 months ago and am happy to be working with an amazing team. I have been in customer service for 30 years and enjoy interacting with the new people I meet and helping customers when required. I am looking forward to the new challenge and exciting times in my new position as Manager at the Derby LPO.
Joseph Buckle
Senior Customer Service Officer and Mail Sorter
G’day G’day, My name’s Joseph Buckle. I have been working at the Derby LPO since March 2019 which has been my first consistent job since leaving high school. I have now completed my Post Office Manager training since working here. I was born and raised in Derby, my interests revolve around fishing & camping with mates, although I also like music and anime. I aim to be as helpful as I can be for all of our customers. I’m quite proud of my terrible jokes, so if your day is going terrible maybe a joke will help.
Keep it Groovalicious
Dale Bradley
Mail Sorter and Customer Service Officer
Hi, I’m Dale Bradley. I am Derby local and grew up here my entire life. After completing year 12 at Derby District High School I left to university, where after a few years of studying I wanted a change of pace and returned to Derby. I started working at the Derby LPO in October of 2019 as a casual mail sorter to help over the Christmas MADNESS where I have been ever since. Since starting off as a mail sorter, I have tried to learn every aspect of the post office so I am able to be as much of an asset to the rest of the team as possible. On my first day I discovered my bike wheels were flat, so I ran to work from the other side of town, that was fun…Not!
